CONNECT conveyor
If you need your conveyor to be connected in a series, you should choose our CONNECT conveyor. The CONNECT is available in the following lengths: 2.5 metres, 3.3 metres, 4.5 metres and 6.0 metres. Available with or without CleverConveyor IoT.
One conveyor – endless possibilities
Barons’ conveyor sets a whole new standard for versatility. It’s a mobile conveyor with a sturdy and smart design that can move materials in both directions, is adjustable in height and speed, and is therefore ideal for use in both basements and attics.
A whole new generation of intelligent conveyors is available right here! A frequency converter in Baron’s conveyors makes it possible to use a powerful three-phase motor with a single-phase power supply, allowing you to adjust the conveyor's speed from 20 to 80 cm/sec. As well as varying the speed, you can also run the conveyor forwards and backwards without having to change the position of the conveyor. The direction is changed on the side of the conveyor in the control box. With these features, a conveyor from Baron offers you endless possibilities.
The different versions of Baron’s conveyors
At Baron, our CleverConveyor is available in a range of different versions. This means we’re confident we have a conveyor to meet your specific needs – whether you need it for soil, concrete or other materials.
The CleverConveyor from Baron is available in two versions: BASIC and CONNECT. If you need a conveyor that can be connected in series – and needs to be able to control other conveyors – you should choose one from the CONNECT series.
If, on the other hand, you simply need a conveyor that does not need to be connected in series, you should opt for our BASIC conveyor. Both BASIC and CONNECT are available in the following lengths:
2.5 metres
3.3 metres
4.5 metres
6 metres
A common feature of all versions of the Baron conveyor is that the belt is 34 cm wide.
Safety and efficiency
The versatility and efficiency of the conveyors are also evident in the fact that they can be connected in series with up to four conveyors at a time. This makes it possible to use the conveyors both to move material and to feed in new material without having to manually turn the belt. This means that the work can be carried out by a single person, making the mobile conveyors extremely practical. The enclosed side profile ensures extremely high stability, whilst safety is top priority!

Frequently asked questions about conveyors
Do you have any questions about conveyors? Here you’ll find answers to the most frequently asked questions about their use, capacity, materials, cleaning, and choosing the right conveyor for the job.
A conveyor is an efficient solution for moving materials from A to B on the construction site. It can be used for everything from soil, sand, gravel and concrete to rubble and other heavy materials. With a conveyor, you save time, heavy lifting and unnecessary wheelbarrow transport.
It depends on the task, the space available and how far the material needs to be moved. At Baron, we offer conveyors in several lengths. They are available in 2.5 m, 3.3 m, 4.5 m and 6.0 m. Short conveyors are easy to handle in tight spaces, while longer conveyors are ideal when material needs to be moved over greater distances or upwards. Multiple conveyors can also be connected in series if you need extra reach - e.g. from a basement into a container placed on the street.
Yes. Our conveyors are built for professional use and long service life, and several parts can be replaced when needed. This makes it easier to maintain the conveyor, extend its lifetime and keep operations running if a spare part needs to be changed.
CleverConveyor means that the conveyor includes our advanced IoT unit. This gives the conveyor intelligent functions that provide a better overview of use and operation. This includes data on operating hours, load, power consumption and GPS position. It is especially useful for rental companies and professional users who want to optimize maintenance, planning and fleet management.
A conveyor from Baron can be used for many types of materials on the construction site, for example soil, sand, gravel, concrete, mortar, stones, rubble and similar building materials. It is a flexible solution for demolition, landscaping, concrete work, renovation and other tasks where materials need to be moved quickly and efficiently.
Yes. Several Baron conveyors can be connected in series, so you can move materials over longer distances. On the CONNECT series, multiple conveyors can be connected with a single cable and controlled more efficiently, making setup easier and more organized on the construction site. The BASIC series can also work together, but each conveyor must be controlled individually in terms of speed, direction and other functions.
You should choose a conveyor from Baron if you want a reliable, strong and professional solution built for hard work. Our conveyors are made from aluminium, have a strong closed side profile, run on a steel plate instead of rollers and can be adapted with different accessories. This provides high capacity, long service life and lower operating costs over time.
Yes, belts with different types of carriers are available depending on the task and material. Carriers help transport materials upwards or provide better grip in specific working situations. Contact us or your dealer if you are unsure which type of belt is best suited for your task.
The main difference is that the BASIC series cannot be connected in series, while the CONNECT series can. In a series connection, up to 4 conveyors are connected, and you choose one “MASTER” that controls the remaining conveyors. BASIC series conveyors require a power cable for each conveyor, which can often result in many cables lying around the construction site. The CONNECT series only requires one cable between each conveyor, containing both power and control for all conveyor functions. This gives you a practical solution that is easy to adapt to any task.
Yes. Our conveyors are designed to be easy to use on the construction site. They are easy to handle, easy to stack and can quickly be set up for different tasks. With adjustable speed, the option to run both forwards and backwards and flexible accessories, you get a solution that is practical in everyday use and easy to adapt to the task.
