About BARON

At Baron A/S, we work according to this vision:

Barons’ products should be the natural choice when prioritising operational efficiency, ergonomics, the working environment, and eco-friendly products.

Our vision underpins everything we do and is reflected in everything from our product development and social media communications to the personalised service we provide.

Our goals and work

Baron A/S is a company headquartered in Denmark, but our products are available in over 53 countries.

Our products are developed for and in collaboration with bricklayers, landscapers, pavers and roofers. These are sectors where high-quality equipment plays a vital role in day-to-day work. That is why we take pride in developing and selling products that can withstand the rigours of life on a construction site – and that make the work and processes easier and more efficient for tradespeople.

But we don’t just develop and sell products. We keep an eye on trends in the trades sector and try to influence it in a positive direction ourselves.

We do this by staying at the forefront of developments and working purposefully to uphold these values:

The UN’s climate targets

It may be hard to imagine that a compulsory mixer or a conveyor belt could be environmentally friendly. But we’d like to give it a go.

That is why we have begun implementing the UN’s climate goals in relation to our products. This applies to their production, use and disposal. We must make informed choices when it comes to, for example, the choice of materials, or how product components can be disposed of most easily and correctly.

It is a life cycle that involves more than just us, which is why we regularly involve our various partners.

Ergonomics

We place great emphasis on ergonomics when developing our products. Tradespeople do physically demanding work, and statistics show that they often do not remain in the workforce nearly as long as those in other sectors.

However, it is possible to reduce some of the physical strain by thinking ergonomically. And if our products can help keep tradespeople in the workforce for longer, that benefits everyone.

Operating economics

We need to move away from the ‘use and throw away’ culture – and that goes for our products too. That is why our products – provided they are used correctly – have a long service life, with often only wear parts needing to be replaced from time to time. Even though they are subjected to all sorts of wear and tear during a typical working day.

Quality requirements

There are high standards for the quality of a Baron product. This applies to us, our customers, and end users alike. That is why we go to great lengths to find the right partners and, consequently, the right components when developing and manufacturing a product.

At the same time, we also listen to our end users to find out how the product is performing on the construction site. This enables us to ensure that the product not only features high-quality components but also enhances the quality of the physical work.

”No compromise”

Our slogan is “No compromise”, and we take those words very seriously.

We never compromise on the quality, safety, functionality or ergonomics of our products. Within the company, too, we go to great lengths to provide our customers with the very best service possible.

Freedom with responsibility

Our customers should feel happy and fulfilled – and so should our employees. Work and private life should go hand in hand, which is why we place a strong emphasis on freedom with responsibility in our day-to-day work.

We place great importance on being able to rely on one another, even though we each work in our own specialist fields. Because it is only by working together that we can deliver the very best for our customers.
